Assetseeds operates strictly as a specialized cross-border deal origination, asset development, and transaction advisory platform. Assetseeds does not conduct regulated activities requiring authorization under the EU Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II), does not operate as a licensed credit institution, and does not provide retail investment brokerage or public securities offerings. All deal origination, co-development structuring, and pipeline matching are conducted solely on a bilateral basis with professional, institutional, and corporate counterparties.

Institutional Intake & Parameter Processing: Information submitted via our mandate intake form (including contact details, corporate entity, target asset verticals, ticket size, and project parameters) is processed exclusively to evaluate bilateral transaction alignment under Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR. All submissions are treated under strict bilateral commercial confidentiality and create no advisory mandate, fee obligations, or exclusivity.
3. Scheduling Integration: Direct briefing appointments arranged via our scheduling tool are processed through Calendly LLC under Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
4. Hosting & Platform Infrastructure: Hosted via Wix.com Ltd. Technical connection log files are processed to guarantee server uptime, delivery security, and platform performance (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
